an Audit and Accounts Semi Senior to join their already successful team.
Responsibilities of the Audit and Accounts Semi Senior role in Oxfordshire:
Dealing with accounts preparation and assisting senior staff on audits on a regular
basis. 70% Audit / 30% accounts envisaged.
Prepare VAT returns, management accounts and bookkeeping
Responsibility for a portfolio of clients, all communication with those clients and to
make sure that work is completed in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Key responsibilities for the Audit Senior based in Oxfordshire will include:-
* Leading and management of audits with complex clients with minimal supervision.
* Working closely with key client stakeholders including development and building strong relationships.
* Supervision of junior staff
* Preparation of draft statutory accounts under UK GAAP / FRS102 from client's numbers pre-audit
* Liaising and development of relationships with other internal teams including Tax, Payroll and Corporate Finance
* Where applicable drafting recommendations to management post audit

Qualified/qualified by experience with previous exposure to complex audits.
